Location, fast check in
Layout of the room, heating system - I could turn up the heat up to 24 celsius degrees, but the room was cold even with the heating on. It took very long to warm up my room.

Fun and modern hotel located in a very good area!
The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the metro which gives access to the city centre in a very short time. The hotel itself isn’t just a simple hotel, it’s a complete lively community, made up of students, tourists and visitors of all kinds. There are always new daily activities, there are many different spots where you can chill out and spend some time by yourself or with friends, including study rooms. All of that with a restaurant, bar and snacks shop access too. Gym and laundry included. The room was very spacious, almost like a little studio of its own. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was equipped for people with disabilities. I had the chance to interact with the staff on multiple occasions and I always found them very friendly and helpful.
I would add more and more daily events for residents and guests! Other than that, no complaints for my stay!

The bed was extremely comfortable. Also the room was very silent. The metro is very conveniently situated near the hotel.
There was nothing I didn't like.
